Yogurt Lowers High BP

One of my favorite breakfasts is 1/2 cup yogurt (plain, vanilla, any flavored) with 1/4 cup crunchy nuggets cereal. It’s chock full of healthy vitamins, minerals and the texture is great first thingin the morning. The creamy yogurt and crunch of the nuggets really wakes up your mouth!

Who doesn’t like chocolate? Myself, nothing beats a 75% Dark Chocolate bar, slowly savored, allowed to melt all over my tongue…mmmmm…..
