Lovely Blog Award

Received a surprise email this morning from Ruby over at School’s out that she chose my blog as one of 15  that inform, entertain and sometimes even urge their readers into action.  So, a great big thank you out to Ruby!

Producing Encourage Health is gratyfing.  I get to share whatever health issues pop into my mind, educate and even urge readers into action for their own health.
