Pics in front of cruise ship

Someone asked where the pics of me in front of the cruise ship were, since they weren’t posted on Saturday.  Didn’t think anyone would want to see a pic of me, so, here I am, in front of the Norweigen Cruise Line’s “Norweigen Star”.

In front of the Norweigen Star

These ships are HUGE!  I bet it’s a 1/4 or 1/2 mile around the upper deck. You could get your daily jog in with just a few times around the deck!

There are several health e-letters (newsletters) I subscribe to and www.realage.com is one of them.  They have interesting tidbits for eating, health and fitness.  As an aside, they have an interesting quiz that asks you a bunch of questions then tells you what your health age is compared to your biological age.  When I was on dialysis, my real age was 56 (where I was 32 or so at the time). Now that i’m 40, my real age is 34!

Anyway, just click their link and take the quiz for yourself, then come back here and give your real age results and biological age for comparison!
